Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By purchasing a ticket or weekend pass to Turquoise Party (June 11–14, 2026), and as a condition of attending any Turquoise Party event , you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:
1. Right of Admission
Turquoise Party LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any ticket or weekend pass holder from any or all events at any time, for safety reasons, policy violations, failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, or other legitimate operational concerns , at the sole discretion of event staff, security, or management. Purchase of a ticket or weekend pass does not guarantee entry to any individual event or the full weekend.
2. Pass & Ticket Types
Turquoise Party offers the following admission options:
VIP Weekend Pass: Grants access to all official Turquoise Party events scheduled June 11–14, 2026, subject to these Terms & Conditions and venue capacity.
GA (General Admission) Weekend Pass: Grants access to designated events only as specified at the time of purchase. GA weekend pass holders are not entitled to entry to events outside of those designated, regardless of availability.
Single Event Ticket: Grants access to one (1) specific Turquoise Party event as indicated on the ticket.
Turquoise Party LLC does not guarantee entry to any event based solely on pass or ticket type. Capacity limits, venue restrictions, and these Terms & Conditions apply at all times. Pass and ticket types are non-upgradeable and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by Turquoise Party LLC.
All passes and tickets are revocable licenses to attend the event and may be revoked in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
3. Removal & Pass Revocation
VIP Weekend Pass holders removed from any event due to a conduct violation may have their entire weekend pass revoked without refund, at the sole discretion of Turquoise Party LLC.
GA Weekend Pass holders removed from any designated event due to a conduct violation may have their remaining event access revoked without refund, at the sole discretion of Turquoise Party LLC.
Single Event Ticket holders removed from their event due to a conduct violation will forfeit their ticket without refund.
In all cases, Turquoise Party LLC reserves the right to deny access to any remaining events to any pass or ticket holder who has been removed for cause at any prior event during the weekend.
Determinations regarding removal or revocation shall be made in good faith based on observed conduct or conditions.
4. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, staff, performers, and venue personnel with respect. The following behaviors may result in immediate removal from the event without refund:
Aggressive, threatening, or violent behavior toward any person
Harassment, intimidation, or discriminatory conduct of any kind
Causing a disturbance that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests
Destruction of or damage to venue property
Possession or distribution of illegal substances on venue premises
Any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive by event staff or security
5. Intoxication Policy
Turquoise Party LLC is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all attendees. Any person who appears to be excessively intoxicated — including impairment due to alcohol or any other substance — may be:
Denied entry at the door of any event, or
Removed from any event if already inside
This determination is made at the sole discretion of event staff and/or security personnel based on observable behavior or condition, including but not limited to impaired coordination, slurred speech, erratic or disruptive conduct, or inability to follow instructions. No refund will be issued in these circumstances. Pass holders removed for intoxication at one event may be denied entry to subsequent events at the discretion of Turquoise Party LLC staff.
For the avoidance of doubt, Turquoise Party LLC shall have no liability for any actions taken in good faith under this policy. Attendees denied entry or removed under this policy are deemed to have breached these Terms & Conditions.
6. No Refund Policy for Removal
All tickets and weekend passes are non-refundable if a holder is removed from or denied entry to any event due to a violation of these terms. This includes but is not limited to conduct issues, intoxication, or failure to comply with staff instructions. Partial refunds for unused portions of any pass will not be issued under these circumstances.
7. Compliance with Staff & Security
All attendees must comply with the reasonable instructions of Turquoise Party LLC staff, venue staff, and security personnel at all times. Failure to comply is grounds for immediate removal without refund.
8. Venue Rules
Attendees are also subject to the rules and policies of each individual venue hosting Turquoise Party events. Violation of venue policies may result in removal by venue staff independent of our team.
9. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, your ticket or weekend pass purchase, your attendance at or removal from any Turquoise Party event, or any interaction with event staff, security, or management — whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory — shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, except as provided below.
Arbitration Process:
Arbitration shall be administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator or, if no agreement is reached, through a recognized arbitration body such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules.
Location:
Arbitration shall take place in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon by both parties.
Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Individual Claims Only:
All claims must be brought in an individual capacity. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative proceedings are not permitted, and you waive any right to participate in such actions.
Waiver of Jury Trial:
By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury trial for covered disputes.
Small Claims Court Option:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in a court of competent jurisdiction, including small claims court, for disputes within the scope and monetary limits of such court.
Injunctive Relief:
Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent immediate and irreparable harm, pending the completion of arbitration.
Costs & Fees
Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs, except as otherwise required by applicable law or determined by the arbitrator. Arbitration fees shall be allocated in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
10. Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW , Turquoise Party LLC, its organizers, officers, members, staff, volunteers, and agents shall not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense su arising out of or related to attendance at any Turquoise Party event, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF TURQUOISE PARTY LLC OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, illness, property damage, and interactions with other attendees.
11. Event Changes / Force Majeure
Turquoise Party LLC reserves the right to modify event dates, times, venues, lineups, or programming at any time.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or material changes due to circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to weather, acts of God, government action, public health concerns, or venue issues—Turquoise Party LLC shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees. Refunds, if any, will be issued at the sole discretion of Turquoise Party LLC.
12. Media Release
By attending Turquoise Party, you grant Turquoise Party LLC and its designees the right to photograph, film, and record your likeness, and to use such media for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes in any format without compensation.
If you believe an image of you has been used in a manner you would like reviewed, you may submit a request to Turquoise Party LLC, and we will make reasonable, good faith efforts to address such requests where practicable.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Final Section (Agreement)
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Turquoise Party LLC with respect to your ticket or weekend pass purchase and attendance, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or representations, whether written or oral, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media content, or statements by staff or promoters.
15. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket or weekend pass, and by attending any Turquoise Party event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the binding arbitration clause in Section 9.
